OrderAssist is available to any drive-thru restaurant that decides they want to better serve the deaf and hard of hearing community. Tell nonparticipating restaurants about your experience. A personal letter to the owner, manager or even the CEO of a company brings to focus your concerns as a valued customer. If you don't communicate your frustration, how do people know about it?
